This is a good woods RM-990 finish mower. It has new bearings, pulleys, seals, fluids, Woods brand blades and finally, a new main drive belt. It has no issues at all outside of the fact it could use a new coat of paint. It cuts just fine and does a very nice job. There are no vibrations on it and it runs quiet and smooth.
